This is my second attempt at these cupcakes. The first was a vanilla cupcake and with a lemon raspberry cream cheese frosting. The frosting was wonderful!!! The cake was good but needed more flavor...it needed fresh lemon juice! Now it is great!!!
What do you possibly do with all these cupcakes?!? Do you bring them to school? I would love to make things like this but I don't know what to do with them. I would like to be able to make, like, five. But these here are some BEAUTIFUL little cupcakes.
That's the problem I am running into. I have been taking them to school and giving them to the Grown Ups but right now I have 3 dozen cupcakes just waiting to be eaten. Thanks for my first comment :)
